About the club
AntiSocial Agave Club is a community for the people who quietly love a good pour and the producers who make it. We’re not here to crown big brands — we’re here for the small families and independent distillers who do the real work.
Tequila is made in distilleries operated by local families. The same family will often produce more than one brand, with master distillers — the maestros — designing distinct flavor profiles. Mezcal goes even smaller: single families, hundreds of years of practice, agave roasted in earthen pits.
What unites them is the maestro’s name on the bottle. In Mexico, the distillers are loved by their communities. We think you should know their names too.
This site is free for producers and free for drinkers. We will never charge to list an event, and we will never sell your email. The only way this thing pays for itself is the occasional sponsored newsletter from a brand we’d already drink.
